Should a dispute arise regarding how a game was conducted, video footage of the relevant session may be requested for review within 72 hours of the incident.
Joker apps reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there are concerns about the integrity of a sporting event or where unusual betting activity suggests the use of insider information. This applies to bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton, e-sports MPL Malaysia, and all other sports available on the joker apps platform.
For real Sports Betting, the results used to settle bets are the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. For virtual sports on joker apps, results are generated by a certified RNG system and are final. Disputes regarding virtual sports results must be submitted within 24 hours of the match end time.
If a live sporting event is postponed, delayed, or cancelled before the required period for bet settlement has elapsed, joker apps reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stake amount to the member's account.
